1. Push and pull warm-up

Stand in a relaxed posture by keeping your hip leg apart. Make sure that your abs or core is firm and your spine is straight and nicely stretched. Hold your hand and place it in front of your chest. Now, slowly bend your arm outwards and move forward towards the wall. Go behind slowly and continue doing this exercise. Do 3 sets of 15 reps each and gradually increase the numbering.

4. Fold hand raise

This simple yet striking exercise helps a lot in enhancing the breast shape and size. Fold your hands in front of your chest. Now, maintaining the same posture and hand movement lift your folded hands as high as you can. Push it as high as you can and, then, bring it back at our chest height. Repeat this exercise of 15 reps each in 3 sets.
